Over Torque fault . Hey there. So about 2 months ago our robot had a pinch fail, so we got the base replaced. Things were fine again, and then suddenly out of nowhere OT faults. I tried resetting stuff and what not, but still every 2 days OT fault. I even made sure my litter (Dr. Elsey blue bag) didn’t reach the line. ... I've lessened the amount of litter numerous times even though I've used the same litter and have had multiple litter robots for years. LR4 even did an empty cycle on its own. I cannot get my LR3 piece of garbage to stop throwing an over-torque The other 2 possibilities is the hall effect sensor for the dump position have failed. The other one is the magnet in the globe was installed in the wrong polarity after being dismantled and cleaned. Check the first, second and fourth suggestions and if all else fails it could be the hall effect sensor or its wiring.
